Our Goal
Our goal is to support musicians and fans by providing an intimate concert venue and to contribute to a thriving local music scene. We want to bring concerts right into our home so everyone can comfortably enjoy a great evening of music.
The Venue
We are located in Littleton, CO about twenty minutes southwest of Denver. We are fortunate to have an amazing space in our home for small concerts. The “Great Room” can seat up to fifty people. The vaulted wood ceilings and floors make for wonderful acoustics, and if needed, we have sound reinforcement. We can also record and livestream the concerts.
Artists can relax and warmup in a private music studio downstairs. Touring musicians are welcome to spend the night in a quiet and fully furnished apartment adjacent to the music studio.
The Shows
Concerts are private by invitation only through our mailing list. Please see our Mailing List sign up form on the contact page to sign up. Reservations are required to attend the concert and your donation amount secures your seat. 100% of your donation goes directly to the artist.
Concerts announcements and reservation links will be sent through email. Directions and parking information will be sent a few days before show time.
Doors will open one hour before the posted show time. We will provide beverages and some light snacks. No alcohol will be offered, but you are welcome to BYO.
We encourage people to mingle and enjoy our home and each others company prior to the show. Once the show starts we expect everyone to be quiet and ready to listen. The beauty of house concerts is the opportunity to really listen and respect the artist and their music.
At the end of the show, guests are welcome to stay and mingle for another hour. If you like what you heard, this is a great opportunity to support the artist by purchasing their merchandise.
